US History is a Junior level class that explores a wide variety of interesting topics that have shaped our country today.  I hope to give students the opportunity to analyze different individuals, events, movements, and eras to better understand the world around them.  

US History is a STAAR tested subject and will require students to engage in the classroom to get the most benefit from each lesson.  We will have checkpoints along the way to gain a better understanding of our progress and to identify any topics that need better clarification.
