Curtis Finley

Curtis Finley has engrained himself in the Kerrville community and assumed leadership roles both personally and professionally for nearly three decades.  Earning a BBA in Finance from Hardin Simmons University in 1982, Curtis worked in Commercial Banking for five years then joined his father, Bryan Finley, at Finley Financial Services here in Kerrville. Curtis, who is a Registered Financial Consultant, his father, and his son Taylor uniquely offer three generations of comprehensive financial services.  

As a graduate of Tivy High School and Hardin Simmons University, Curtis has actively been involved in fundraising and philanthropic work for both his high school and college alma mater as well as other heartfelt causes.  His accomplishments include, Abilene United Way Campaign Team Leader; Hardin Simmons Forging the Future Campaign Chairman; President of the Board of Young Associates-Hardin Simmons University; Member of the Board of Development Hardin Simmons University; President of the Kerrville Kiwanis Club; YMCA Board Member; Chairman of Kerr County Day Care Board; Committee Chairman for Boy Scouts Troop 111; Chairman of the Finance Committee for First Baptist Church in Kerrville;  President of the Tivy Athletic Booster Club; Committee Chair for the Kerrville ISD Stadium Renovation Bond Issue; Founding Member of the Tivy Athletic Hall of Fame Committee; Leadership Kerr County Graduate; inaugural member of Leadership Kerrville ISD; Peterson Health Foundation Board Member and a Trustee of the Kerrville Independent School District Board. 

Curtis is the proud father of son Taylor, whom he works with in the family business, and daughter Megan, a freshman at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene.  He enjoys time with his family, traveling, and outdoor recreation.
