KISD FUTURE CHEFS COOK UP OUTSTANDING CULINARY CREATIONS
On Tuesday, March 5th, students from all KISD elementary schools gathered in the Tivy High School kitchen to compete in the Future Chef competition. Students produced recipes on their campus and were chosen as finalists to take part in the final round of the competition - cooking, judging, and tasting!
Thanks to the help of our KISD Child Nutrition Department, these students were able to learn about the Culinary field while they created their dishes.
Congratulations to Madison Stueber from Tally Elementary who won first place with her dish called "Maddie's Delicioso Empanadas". Well done, Future Chefs!
