David Jones Athletic Director & Head Football Coach
Athletics are an important part of the overall KISD educational program. Participation in a variety of sports instills the qualities of honor, dedication, commitment, integrity, perseverance, interdependence, and self-reliance. We believe that a successful athletics program helps students develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Thanks to this philosophy, a dedicated coaching staff, and strong community support, Kerrville Tivy athletic teams have achieved outstanding results in recent years.
Parents are required to read both the UIL Handbook and the Athletic Handbook. These items are available in the "Forms" link on the left. In order for any athlete to participate in any sport, all required UIL forms must be filled out and on file at the Athletics Department for that child's campus.
