Welcome!

     My name is Rachel Jordan, and I teach 8th Grade English Language Arts here at Hal Peterson Middle School. As a a Hill Country native, I love teaching in a place that is so near and dear to my heart. I have two little boys, both in the KISD education system, and I feel confident we are here to stay. I recently obtained my Master of Education degree from Schreiner University, and I am a firm believer that there is always more to learn, for both myself and my students.  I am so excited for the 2022-2023 school year, and I cannot wait to get to know you!
