Hi, my name is Maren Ellis.  I'm so excited for this school year as Dr. Durr's Assistant Teacher! I'm from Wharton, Texas.  I earned my BFA in Theatre from Sam Houston State University.  My passion for education has lead me to pursue my teaching certification.  My favorite activities are painting, baking and I love to go swimming in the Guadalupe River.  I'm honored to be a part of the KISD ECC staff and I look forward to a terrific school year helping our "pawsome" students learn!
