KISD Library Mission Statement 

Kerrville ISD Libraries nurture a culture of literacy and inquiry throughout the school community, fostering an appreciation of reading and learning by continuously developing and providing access to a diverse collection of literature, information resources, and technology. 

KISD Library Goals

• Create safe, inviting, flexible centers for teaching and learning available to staff, students, and community members.
• Promote literacy as a source of enjoyment and key to success in academic progress and life-long success.
• Support creativity and curiosity through access and instruction in informational resources and digital tools.
