Tivy Senior Obtains FAA Drone Pilot License

Tivy High School Senior Lee McDonald has earned his FAA Drone Pilot License, the first Tivy student to complete the process through the Aviation pathway offered for students at Tivy.


Students in the Construction Tech classes logged more than 200 hours assisting with a few local Habitat for Humanity builds. 


Culinary Arts wins at County BBQ Cookoff

A team of students from Tivy's Culinary Arts program competed in the Kerr County BBQ Cookoff and walked away with several first place finishes. 


Kerrville ISD is excited to announce a new pathway for Tivy High School students. THS will be joining more than 100 schools in implementing the nationally recognized Aircraft Owners and Pilots Associations (AOPA) high school aviation curriculum in the 2019-2020 school year.
