Tivy senior Clara Sumner was one of a select few seniors across the state to be awarded an H-E-B UIL Scholarship earlier this month.
For the sixth year, H-E-B awarded 15 high school seniors who participate in UIL competitions with a $2,000 scholarship in recognition of their community service and involvement.
“It is an honor to be recognized alongside fourteen other Texas UIL competitors for leadership in community service,” Sumner said.
