Welcome folks!

This is my first year at Tivy, and my 12th year overall teaching. 

I taught Freshman Composition during my last two semesters in Graduate school at Angelo State, and then taught ten years at another high school in this area. This year, I'm teaching English IV, English IV DC, and English IV AP--so I'll be your last English stop before graduation. When I'm not teaching, grading essays, answering emails, and all the other myriad of things this calling requires, you might find me playing games, taking long nature walks, or spending time with my family. My wife Stephanie and I have been married for 14 years, and we have two children--Susannah, who is in 6th grade at Hal Peterson, and David, who is in 4th grade over at Tom Daniels. I'm happy to be on board here with the Antler family, and I look forward to getting to know all of you better. 

PS:  I anticipate keeping most of my online materials over at the class Teams site (stay tuned for developments), so don't expect much in the way of updates here.
