  • Notice to Proposers: Request for Proposals

    In this section the Kerrville Independent School District lists Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for goods and services the district seeks to buy from outside vendors or to solicit bidders for the sale of real property.

    Check the links to the left for outstanding RFPs. If your company wishes to bid on a particular proposal, follow the instructions before the given deadline, and fill out the included documents as part of your bid.

    All new RFP's are posted on this page. Please refer back to this page periodically to check for new bid requests. 

    Request For Proposals for Elementary School Perimeter Fencing

    Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at which time they will be opened at the Kerrville ISD Central Office Board Room Located at 1009 Barnett Street in Kerrville. Proposals can be hand delivered or mailed to Kerrville ISD, Attn: Wade Ivy, 1009 Barnett St., Kerrville, TX 78028.

    A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 to allow bidders to see fencing locations at campuses.

    Special instructions to potential bidders:

    Kerrville ISD reissued the RFP on February 10, 2022. The bid package has a new proposal due date, updated timelines for the inspection period, and the amount of earnest money to be retained by the seller if the buyer terminates the contract. Look closely at the sales contract to ensure full understanding.
