Kerrville ISD and Starkey Elementary School offer a wide
range of Special Education services for students with disabilities,
including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical
therapy, deaf education, counseling, inclusion, academic
support, and resource services. Services are based
on the needs of each student and are outlined in the student’s
I.E.P. (Individual Education Plan).
The Special Education staff works closely with teachers
and parents to provide those services which will maximize
every child’s potential.
