WHEREAS, the Kerrville Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the sale of the Doyle property at the regularly scheduled meeting of December 16, 2003; and,

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees accepted the bid of $175,030 submitted by The Doyle School Community Center for the purchase of the property known as the Doyle Campus and described as Lots 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63 and 64, Block 15, G. R. Parsonís Addition to the City of Kerrville, according to the plat of said subdivision recorded in Volume P, page 8, Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas; and,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the President and Secretary of the Board of Trustees are authorized and empowered to negotiate, in their discretion, the terms, other than the purchase price, for the closing of this sale and purchase. The President and Secretary are further authorized and directed to execute any documents necessary to consummate said sale, including, but not limited to Contract of Sale, Warranty Deed and Closing Statement.
