Welcome to the Hal Peterson
Middle School Art Department!
The instructor for HPMS is Lyn Gold.
The goal of the Art department for our district is to give
the students the opportunity to explore the arts by way of
visual and tactile applications. We want
to give the students a feeling of success in creating. For some of
the students this is the first time with many of the mediums and we hope they
get a sense of self through creating. We hope to experience the students
with a variety of mediums throughout the year. This includes
drawing, painting and sculpture, along with art history.
