This is an example of a Form Item View Page Type that displays a specific submitted form. It must be linked to from a Form List View Page Type. TIP: When viewing a Form Item View Page, the "Back" button at the bottom of the page is always visible, however, the "Edit" button next to it is hidden from Users that do not have Edit access to this page's Section.

Subfinder Phone Number Change

Part of improving technology in the district requires moving features to being "web-based" over server-based. This means migrating local network services up to the company's own services and accessing them via the Internet.

Over the weekend, this is what happened with our Subfinder services in the district. The Subfinder system is now available through online access. You can access the Subfinder system online using the link on the Staff Tab of the website or by going to https://kerrvilleisd.subfinderonline.com.

The phone number for the system has changed to 1-877-756-4245.

Along with online access, we also gain new features unavailable to us before:

File attachments so teachers can attach lesson plans to their assignments.
Email notifications for site administrators, employees, and substitutes.
And enhanced permissions for our campuses to manage their own sub systems.

Campus site administrators will receive training on the new system on Wednesday, January 27th.
