Family Access Troubleshooting
Level 1: Click the "Forgot Username/Password" link on the Family Access Login page. Follow the directions on the site to retrieve your password.
Your username and password will be sent to you via the email we have on record for you. It is very important to do this step first to make sure you are entering the correct information to access your site.
Level 2: Contact the campus where your child is enrolled to speak to the campus secretary who handles Family Access. They will be able to reset your password. No one in the district can view your passwords. We can only reset them and that information is emailed to you.
Level 3: If the campus is not able to resolve your account, they will contact the district IT staff to who will resolve it. Then the campus staff will contact you to let you know that this was complete.
We want to make sure every issue is resolved and will do our part to make it as easy as possible. Thanks for letting us know when you have an access issue.
*Another key step to making sure this works is to keep your email address current in Family Access. If you change an email address, make sure you change it in Family Access.
