Immunizations
House Bill 1059 requires school districts to post the list of immunization requirements and recommendations in English and Spanish, as well as post a list of health clinics in the district that offer the influenza vaccine to the extent those clinics are known to the district.

A list of health clinics or community sites offering the flu vaccine has been compiled by Tivy High School Nurse Rebecca McKenzie. Clinics and sites offereing the vaccine are subject to change so please contact the site directly to confirm availability.
