Last Saturday Tivy JROTC hosted Kerrville EAA Young Eagles WWII Symposium featuring:

R. Russ Holmer, Lt Col, USAF (ret) Fighter Pilot providing cover over Iwo Jima
Rosa Lea Meek, AAF,WASP - Women's Airforce Service Pilot
Richard E. (Dick) Cole, Lt Col, USAF (ret) - Jimmy Doolittle's co-pilot on the Tokyo Raid
