Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in employment with the Kerrville Independent School District. To be considered for a substitute teaching position in our district, we need the following completed credentials on file in the personnel office: (clickable links are at the bottom of this page for these forms)

• Application
• I-9 Form (two forms of ID required: Driver License and Social Security Card preferred or Passport or Birth Certificate may be used)
• W-4 Form
• Teaching Certificate and/or transcript of at least 30 college hours
• Criminal History Form
• Public Information Access Notification
• Three reference forms (completed by your references)

Substitute Meeting Planned
Date:  Tuesday, October 7th
Time:  9-11AM
Place:  B.T. Wilson Sixth Grade School located at 605 Tivy Street (Park at the north side of the building or by the gym.  Please enter the front side of the building and check in at the front office.)

Please bring completed application, copy of transcripts, driver's license, and social security card.

The Procedure at the Meetings

1.  Applications will be reviewed and copies of ID will be made at this time.

2.  Upon receipt of all completed forms, a criminal history check is made, and then your name will be placed on the Board Agenda for the next scheduled Board Meeting.  Your name will be placed on our Substitute List and emailed to the campuses.  You will need to call SubFinder to “voice in” and you may introduce yourself to the campus principal or secretary.
