Several years ago when "Fat Friday" went away the faculty members of "B" Lunch from Hal Peterson Middle School decided to have their own Friday lunches. 

This web site is a collection of favorite recipes members have tried out over the years.  Many of these are old family recipes, many are from other friends and colleagues.  If you use them please be sure to give the author(s) some credit!
